Child Safety Policy

Overview
DoWeVibe is a dating service for adults. Users answer compatibility questions that produce a “vibe score,” match with other adults nearby, and arrange real, in-person dates. DoWeVibe is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content or activity that endangers minors.
Age Restriction
DoWeVibe is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from, or allow access to, individuals under 18.
We enforce this age restriction through:
- Age declaration during account creation, with under-18 access blocked.
- Platform age-restriction controls, such as app store age ratings and declared-minor restrictions.
- Phone number verification to discourage underage access.
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE)
DoWeVibe strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behavior that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors. This includes but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
- Content that sexualizes or exploits children.
- Attempts to contact, groom, or solicit minors.
- Sharing information intended to facilitate harm to children.
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.
How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter a user you believe is under 18, or if you become aware of any content or behavior that endangers minors, you must report it immediately. You can report concerns through:
- In-app reporting — use the report option on a user’s profile or date.
- Email: support@dowevibe.ai with the subject line “Child Safety Report.”
All reports are reviewed promptly. You can report anonymously, though providing contact information helps us investigate more effectively.
Our Response to Reports
When we receive a child safety report, we:
- Investigate immediately, typically within 24 hours.
- Suspend accounts pending investigation when appropriate.
- Permanently terminate accounts that violate our child safety policies.
- Remove any violating content immediately.
- Report CSAM and related activity to NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
- Preserve evidence as required by law.
Content Moderation
DoWeVibe does not include open messaging between users, but users do share photos, profile details, and date ideas. We monitor user-generated content for potential violations of our child safety policies using a combination of:
- Automated detection on uploaded images.
- User reports.
- Manual review when violations are suspected.
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
DoWeVibe cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation, abuse, or related crimes. We respond promptly to valid legal requests and preserve relevant records as required by law.
