Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and DoWeVibe.ai. By accessing or using the site, mobile apps, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You need a phone number to create an account. You consent to receive a one-time verification SMS and service texts that help operate your account, your matches, and your dates. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for all activity on your account.

DoWeVibe is a dating service. You answer a set of compatibility questions that produce a “vibe score,” browse and match with other adults nearby, and arrange real, in-person dates. The Service does not include open messaging — communication is limited to the structured scheduling steps we provide. We use a public profile identifier (“publicId”) for public share links; your internal user identifier (“uid”) is private and is not used in public URLs.

You may submit photos, profile details, date ideas, and other material (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant DoWeVibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content as needed to operate and improve the Service — including showing your profile, photos, and date ideas to other adult users you may match with. You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content, that it depicts you where it is a profile photo, and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

You will not:

• Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or impersonate others.
• Post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or create fake, misleading, or duplicate profiles.
• Use the Service for prostitution, solicitation, trafficking, or any commercial or promotional purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or interfere with its security or access non-public areas.
• Share anyone’s private information without permission.
• Post or share any content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

We may remove content, issue strikes, or restrict access if we believe these rules are violated.

We may offer optional paid features, such as date tickets used to confirm a scheduled date. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout, and charges are processed by the App Store and our payment provider. All sales are final except where required by law, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies. If a purchase fails to deliver access after payment, contact support within 24 hours and we will confirm and make it right.

DoWeVibe helps you meet other people in person. We do not conduct criminal background checks and we do not verify the identity of users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for your own safety before, during, and after any date. Use good judgment: meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and arrange your own transportation. We provide safety tools — including reporting, blocking, date check-in, and a strike and no-show system — but these do not guarantee any user’s conduct or your safety. If you believe you or someone else is in danger, contact local authorities immediately.

Child Safety: DoWeVibe prohibits anyone under 18 from using the Service and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. If you encounter a user you believe is under 18, or you become aware of any content that exploits or endangers minors, immediately report it to support@dowevibe.ai. We will investigate and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

The Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by DoWeVibe or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve all other rights.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, email support@dowevibe.ai with: the URL, a description of the work, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act and that the notice is accurate.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violate these Terms, abuse other users, or create risk or legal exposure for us.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we do not guarantee any match, compatibility outcome, or that any date will occur or be safe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoWeVibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us in the six months before the claim or one hundred dollars.

You will indemnify and hold DoWeVibe and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and DoWeVibe consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for any dispute that is not subject to small-claims court. You and DoWeVibe knowingly and irrevocably waive any right to a jury trial in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Before filing any lawsuit, the party seeking relief must first send a written notice to the other party describing the dispute and the requested relief, and allow thirty days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual action in small-claims court within that court’s jurisdictional limits or from seeking temporary injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or the security of the Service.

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will post a notice or request new consent. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
